1. Product Build Time

Many of our products are made to order.

  • Standard Build Time: All made-to-order products require up to 30 days for production before shipment.
  • Production Start: The build time begins once payment has been received and any necessary customization details have been confirmed.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet our build timeline, unforeseen delays may occur due to supply chain issues or high order volume. If such delays arise, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2. Shipping

  • Shipping times are not included in the 30-day build period.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products.

3.1 Damaged or Defective Items

  • You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective.

    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos or video showing the damage or defect
  • Upon verification, we will provide instructions for return shipping or send a replacement at no cost to you.

3.2 Non-Defective Returns

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 48 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom build process.

5. Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, products come with a 30-day workmanship warranty covering defects in materials or assembly present at delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

MuVIT Boating LLC is not liable for:

  • Misuse of products
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Any indirect or consequential damages
